Module 1: Energy 101

This first module is an overview of Energy and how it relates to us in our relationship with the Metaphysical. It gives anecdotes and definitions to understand the mechanics of the human energy field. A visualization exercise is also included to sense your human energy field, to "dance" with it, to connect and expand it. Also there are references suggested for further reading.

Module 2: Chakra System

In this module we discuss the principles of working in the unseen realm. It is a discussion from the 30,000 ft level of the Chakra system as described in Sanskrit teachings. The Chakra's are vortexes of energy within the body that evolve through our life and assist in well being. These 7 Chakras influence our emotions, our physical body and our environment. We will briefly discuss the highways of the human energy system according to this system.

This includes the characteristics of each Chakra:

root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, brow and crown
symptoms of wellness that can occur if you are deficient or in excess of energy in these chakras.

There is also a chakra balancing visualization for your use.

Module 3: Grounding, Protection and Symbolism

In this module we discuss the principles of working in the unseen realm such that we are safe. There are instances, as we see on TV that have vibrations of a lower nature. In general working with Spirit is an experience that is ecstatic, safe and loving. Each of us should develop (or design) our own personal prayer and ritual that keeps us safe. Besides protection the mechanics to understand how to ground oneself is a key asset. This ensures the ability to return to a place of balance after doing our work in the psychic reality

Module 4: Spirit Guides

Spirit Guides are entities from the Spirit side of life available to us . These entities offer us guidance, keep us safe and share information of value for life. They can be family members, pets, nature spirits, Angels, "other dimension" entities, or historical figures. The common aspect is that they are here to assist us in a loving manner. This module discusses the various aspects of working with Spirit guides and includes a visualization to meet one.
